Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files. If issue persists try to create new user profile as an administrator and see if issue persists in new user profile. So, it might be just worth it. Any suggestions on how to get back to Windows 9? I don't see anything in W10 worth all of this trouble. After you create a new account,do all of the apps magically appear in that account. What about all of the photos, files, etc?
